I see that some people are dinging this for producing dust. The included carry case is very robust too. The not so great reviews, had me buffer shy. I run my HF sander a few minutes and it gets hot. I'm off to spray that second coat of paint!

Sometimes I have to lightly tap it, and it will start right up. I was able to get between most of the lattice. This sander works for us, little heavy but great price. Use a file if desired to smooth the edges on both surfaces. The hose does not perfectly fit, but that doesn't matter.
