He made beautiful things with that saw. I expected a Bosch made tool for the premium price I paid. Also the Blade was dead on 90 out of the box. Packaging was immaculate and intelligently designed. But new saw is fine, nice big table and folds up easy.

I had to slide it over aprox 1/32 of an inch. This saw is heavy and having a helper or two is nice. This is my dream saw for my two car garage shop. The major problem I had was assembling the saw on the stand. I absolutely love the rip fence.

You can do this on your own no problems. The fence was right on so was the bevel. I find the quality of the saw impeccable. Easy assembly, works exactly as expected. Loud and dusty, sure, but that is expected.

The customer support at SKILSAW was great. Granted I had a SKILSAW 744 before so not a fair comparison. It is however, very practical for a small shop like mine. It does not have a dust problem. Miter Gauge - The miter gauge is an absolute joke.

I highly recommend this saw to anyone. Worm drives are about torque but are not light. I also purchased the Hitachi dado insert. It should be fine for what I need. The table has the capability to adjust to a level position.
