You will wonder how you lived without this. The ability to move around and not worry about a cord dragging around is amazing.
Even with a 5ah battery, it isn’t heavy.

Jjust put this unit through a weekend work out mortising and sanding new doors for a house remodel. I powered the unit with a Dewalt 5ah battery. The sander cruised all weekend without a battery change. We are also using it with Dewalt's quick change fitting and a Rigid shop vac to sand drywall. This tool is a time saver and sands just a well as the corded version (which we also own). We recommend.
