"Work like a welding rod."

Received the Forney 87790 today and it is mostly what I expected. Very easy to find proper welding temp. I needed it in order to weld aluminum successfully on the mobile. I always wonder if I could weld anything and it worked. I have run a couple of pounds of these rods.

"This is a good value."

It will be a lot cheaper and the box is light enough to carry around while I use it. This is a pretty high quality piece relative to similar Arc Welder available. Had the Forney 87790 assembled in no time. I wish I had purchased these years ago! By far best value for money, very portable!
