I use a short cord into it, and don't over push it, and it does well. By far best value for money, very portable! This is a impressive tool, very useful, and easy to use. Looks to be a high quality rod, though I'm a farmer, not a welder. This is an awesome cart for your home shop or garage.

This is a impressive tool, very useful, and easy to use. Looks to be a high quality rod, though I'm a farmer, not a welder. I wish I had purchased these years ago! Can't say enough good things about this product. The Hot Max does not have dual gas inputs.
