"Check your equipment."

Keen Ovens has produced a Arc Welder which to my mind has met all of my needs. I have run a couple of pounds of these rods. I really doubt you would be unhappy with it! I'm running on a 15 amp circuit with 50 ft extension cord and have had no problems. Sold the welder about a year ago but now I'm looking at getting another soon.

Keen Ovens 010113 Final Thoughts

"You get what you pay for!"

Still worth it though if you don’t mind spending 2 hours putting it together. At the end of the day the Keen Ovens 010113 is solid and cheap. Best money I have spent on a Arc Welder. This one fired right up out of the box with no worries. I was using these, and the 1/8th rods, in a 240 welder.
