First Impressions

"Good quality."

I have a small machine shop and build tooling often. I have run a couple of pounds of these rods. I'm running on a 15 amp circuit with 50 ft extension cord and have had no problems. The Lincoln Electric does not have dual gas inputs. There are some cheaper welders out there that have digital amperage adjustment.

Lincoln Electric K2394-1 Final Thoughts

"I'm just a hobbyist welder."

Clean product, everything went as expected. I had to weld a 2" pipe to a steel plate and this help keep the pipe in place. I would not say it is a big deal, I can make pretty welds. They run as nice and smooth as the 7018 rods I use in my welding class. This tiny little thing burn them all flawlessly.
