First off I want to speak about the company Mathey Dearman. By far best value for money, very portable! By far best value for money, very portable! I was using these, and the 1/8th rods, in a 240 welder. Very nice light weight cable.
Does make a nice puddle and slags reasonably well. Construction is strong & feels like the kind of thing that will last years. Worked great no problems very happy and save a few dollars overall very happy. It will be a lot cheaper and the box is light enough to carry around while I use it. This thing can't weigh more than 10 lbs and its super portable.
