"I'm just a hobbyist welder."

At the end of the day the Miller Electric 230015 is solid and cheap. I needed it in order to weld aluminum successfully on the mobile. I don't know what else to say. Does make a nice puddle and slags reasonably well. It is very light weight and portable.

Miller Electric 230015 Final Thoughts

"As expected."

I take it with me for on site jobs. This is a pretty high quality piece relative to similar Arc Welder available. I'm running an Miller Electric 160 on about 45 amps and these rods run great. This thing can't weigh more than 10 lbs and its super portable. It's nice gauge steel, and the wheels and casters are decent quality.
