"Ignore the rating."

Everything says the magnetic strength is 150lbs, I think we can all agree on that. Have never had a weld break on me. The Miller Electric weighs around 75lbs and doesn't lay down any better of a weld. Starting the arc is always the tricky part of stick welding. This one fired right up out of the box with no worries.

"The price is great."

Really like it, it's my first welder but its awesome. As you can see I put 5 stars. I'm running an Miller Electric 160 on about 45 amps and these rods run great. Liked the compact size of it. All of the settings seem to do exactly what they claim to do.
