"The variable speed is great!"But that makes it lighter to use in various situations. Will test it on my 71' C10 Chevrolet restore! It's very useful for stripping paint off wood and metal, and great for distressing wood. The case is crap, and a lot larger than the picture shows. I haven't used it for any other purposes yet.
