Could be the feed belt just needed to loosen up some. Keep the back table a bit low to prevent binding. It works well but there is a lot of weight riding it. No, they should be included, but are not necessary. With the caster it move around easy.

"Mine needed minimal adjustment."

After each pass adjust the height in very small increments. Should prove to be a good decision in short order. Almost makes it look like I know what I'm doing. Loading the paper as recommended is very difficult. With the caster it move around easy.
