"The cord is long and heavy duty."

It handles easily on walls but is a lot of work to use on ceilings. You need a good vacuum and will have to clean the filter OFTEN. You got to get use to the weight, and position of your arms. Did the whole job and only replaced the sandpaper once. The guys enjoyed using it on the walls.

"It is a great purchase for me."

Here is the process I used for doing the drywall. You need a good vacuum and will have to clean the filter OFTEN. The sand paper that is advertised with the machine on amazon. The sanding disks don't clog easily because of the vacuum system. Anyway, used this WEN on 1300 sf of drywall.
