"Seems alright."When I received it, I noticed the difference. I bought this to use at the wire wheel. It's very useful for stripping paint off wood and metal, and great for distressing wood. It makes quick work of wire brushing boards or creating a brushed texture on metal. The tool itself works great, the variable speed is awesome.
